Our Claims Team is a pillar of our strategic plan for Prima's future growth. In this role you will be instrumental in building dashboards, deep-dive analysis, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders. Key qualifications include strong SQL and Tableau skills, along with experience in analyzing large datasets.

## Description

* Lead and set the standard: Act as the technical owner for the analytics team, establishing and enforcing robust standards for data warehousing architecture, data modelling, and data cleanliness to ensure a single, pristine source of truth
 * Build and Scale the Team: Play a pivotal role in talent acquisition as the company expands providing key inputs on required capabilities and target personnel
 * Define strategic metrics: Be instrumental in identifying and choosing the correct KPIs and metrics for dashboards and analysis, ensuring complex data structures are easily translatable into clear, actionable business insights
 * Collaborate with senior stakeholders: Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business
