## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in IT?, Candidates must be proficient in the use of:

 * Windows 10
 * Microsoft 365 or Office 365
 * Network terminology & configurations
 * Maintaining accurate records

Knowledge or experience of the following would be an advantage:

 * Router configuration
 * Anti-virus software
 * Microsoft Active Directory
 * Azure/SharePoint configuration
 * Experience in an SLA support driven environment
 * Full clean driver's license, * A passion for IT, ideally with support experience (however we will consider applicants without prior experience)
 * Must possess a "can do" attitude
 * Excellent customer service skills

## Description

* Troubleshooting & diagnosing
 * First point of contact for IT and systems support
 * Talking clients through a series of actions via phone, email or chat, until the issue is solved
 * Providing prompt & accurate feedback to customers
 * Prioritising & managing several open issues at one time
 * Following up with clients to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
 * Assisting with the preparation of system hardware & software
 * Identifying solutions to software & hardware issues
 * Logging incidents using CRM
