## Description

Simulation Software partners across MBDA to deliver vitaltest capabilities. We develop software for test equipment to verify and validate missile systems from development through to production. As aSoftware Project Leadin our agile, multi-disciplinary team, you will influence product certification while embracingDevOpsand innovative technologies.

 * Strategic Execution: Define scope with stakeholders, develop comprehensive resource plans, and mitigate risks to ensure milestone adherence.
 * Team & Supplier Management: Lead multi-disciplinary teams and third-party suppliers, delegating work packages to drive efficient project delivery.
 * Stakeholder & Change Management: Act as the primary communicator for leadership, managing expectations, requirements trade-offs, and software release authorisations.
 * Governance & Reporting: Maintain precise documentation and "Time Now" reporting, tracking key metrics like resource utilisation and budget health.
 * Continuous Improvement: Enforce coding standards and DevOps best practices while evolving project methodologies to boost productivity.
