Everything we do rests on one data return. The Individual Learner Record is how our apprentices are recognised, how our delivery is funded and how our compliance is judged. We are looking for someone who knows the ILR properly and enjoys getting it right. This is a hands on role. You will code and maintain learner records, run the monthly return, and also be the person who interrogates the data, spots the error before it becomes a clawback and says clearly what needs to change. You will move between a single learner record and the picture across the whole provision, sometimes in the same hour.
