The work includes enterprise architecture, APIs, security, cloud platforms, technical standards, roadmaps, governance, and change-request review in a highly regulated healthcare environment. Responsibilities: - Lead architecture modeling, technical governance, and design reviews for a modular Medicaid Enterprise System. - Align solutions with CMS guidance, MITA, federal interoperability expectations, NIST, HIPAA, and agency standards. - Guide system integrators, vendors, and multidisciplinary delivery teams. - Define integration patterns across enterprise systems using APIs, service-oriented architecture, cloud services, ETL, and modular design. - Review security, data-management, and cloud architecture decisions. - Produce architecture artifacts, standards, roadmaps, and change recommendations. - Communicate technical decisions clearly to business, program, vendor, and executive stakeholders.
