## Description

We are seeking a Governance Architect - AI & Data to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade governance frameworks across data and AI platforms. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, trust, and auditability, particularly for highly regulated environments.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping governance strategies that enable innovation while maintaining stringent regulatory and ethical standards., Data Governance

 * Define and implement enterprise data governance frameworks
 * Establish data lineage, cataloguing, and ownership models
 * Design and manage data contracts and service-level objectives (SLOs)
 * Build and enforce data quality frameworks across platforms

AI Governance

 * Develop and operationalise AI governance frameworks
 * Implement controls for:

 * Model explainability and traceability
 * Bias detection and mitigation
 * Hallucination risk management at a policy level

Ensure governance across AI lifecycle and outputs

Compliance & Controls

 * Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g. GDPR, financial data controls)
 * Design audit-ready data pipelines and AI outputs
 * Define and enforce enterprise controls including:

 * Role-Based / Attribute-Based Access Control (RBAC/ABAC)
 * Data masking and PII protection

Standards & Validation

 * Establish validation frameworks across both data pipelines and AI systems
 * Define governance standards for data integrity and model outputs
