You can hold your own in a room with senior engineers and have written code at some point in your career. * Proven experience running major conference sponsorships and booth operations end-to-end * Strong taste for what makes events memorable vs forgettable (Vercel, Stripe, Linear as reference points) * Comfortable on stage and in front of technical audiences; able to deliver demos and talks when needed * Network in the developer, AI, or infrastructure communities, * Direct experience with MCP, AI agents, or LLM tooling * Background as an engineer before moving into DevRel * Track record of building technical communities from scratch * Experience running hackathons or technical workshops ## Description We're a team of 35, mostly engineers, shipping fast. Agent operators on Runlayer grew 5x in four weeks while human operators stayed flat. The shift to agentic work is already showing up in our own usage., As our Developer Relations Lead, you'll own Runlayer's physical presence in the developer and enterprise AI communities.
