## Description

The Business Intelligence Developer Senior will lead complex BI initiatives, develop scalable data solutions, optimize data pipelines, and support data-driven decision-making. This position will work closely with business stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into effective BI solutions while providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers., * Design, develop, and optimize complex Business Intelligence solutions.

 * Develop and maintain scalable BI solutions aligned with business objectives.
 * Create advanced data models, reporting structures, and analytical solutions.
 * Build real-time dashboards to monitor KPIs and operational performance.
 * Write, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries and scripts.
 * Partner with business teams to understand analytical requirements and deliver BI solutions.
 * Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
 * Apply best practices for data governance, quality, security, and BI development.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex BI and data-related issues.
 * Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior BI developers.
 * Stay current with emerging BI technologies, tools, and methodologies.
 * Perform other duties as assigned.
