## Description

We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join our Maintenance Team in Grimsby, providing essential administrative support to help deliver high-quality housing services., * Act as a first point of contact for clients, contractors and partner agencies

 * Maintain accurate records and update client information on internal systems
 * Arrange contractor access and support maintenance operations
 * Manage incoming calls, emails, visitors and correspondence
 * Produce reports, spreadsheets, meeting minutes and other administrative documents
 * Support office systems, databases and day-to-day administration
 * Liaise with external agencies and housing providers
 * Ensure records and communications meet organisational and quality standards
