## About the Role

Must Have:

 * Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Administrator managing cloud-based systems and infrastructure.
 * Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Microsoft Azure.
 * Solid understanding of VMware technologies including vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and vSAN.
 * Extensive experience administering Windows Server environments including Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS.
 * Strong understanding of infrastructure operations, security, and system availability concepts.
 * Excellent troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.

Nice To Have:

 * Experience with Linux server administration and configuration management tools such as Proxmox, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
 * Knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and security principles across VMware, Windows, and cloud environments.
 * Experience with scripting and automation in Linux and Windows environments.
 * Professional certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.

Responsibilities

AsSystem Administratoryou will be responsible for these activities:
Manage and maintain cloud and datacentre infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across public and private cloud environments.

 * Deploy, configure, monitor, and maintain on-premises and cloud-based services, platforms, and applications.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize infrastructure solutions that align with business requirements.
 * Conduct system audits, perform updates, and implement security measures to protect against vulnerabilities and threats.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve system and performance issues while providing timely support to minimize business disruption.
 * Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
 * Collaborate with IS and development teams to establish best practices for automation, monitoring, disaster recovery, and infrastructure management.
 * Research and implement improvements that enhance system performance, scalability, and security.
