 * Praxiserfahrung in der Performance-Optimierung moderner Webanwendungen (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, Rendering-Performance, Ladezeiten unter Last)
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Git, Code Reviews und kollaborativen Entwicklungsprozessen
 * Erfahrung mit modernen CI/CD-Pipelines und automatisierten Deployments

Nice-to-Haves

 * Erfahrung mit Server-Side Rendering, beispielsweise Next.js oder React Router im Framework-Modus
 * Kenntnisse im Bereich Monitoring und Observability, z. B. Grafana
