Helping Hand bei der Bestellerfassung, zentraler Warenannahme und Kommissionierung der Neubestellungen, Installation Betriebssystem, Software und Hardwarekomponenten nach Nutzervorgabe, Rücksicherung Daten/Profil betriebsfertige Übergabe an Nutzer inkl. Kurzeinweisung
 * PC Ongoing Support (bei Bedarf On Desk-Service): Reinstallation und Wartung von Client-Systemen, Unterstützung bei Betriebssystemupdates, Support Safeguard LAN Crypt / Bitlocker, PKI-Management, Abwicklung von Garantiefällen (Hardwarestörungen IT-Equipment), Einbau, Umbau und Installation von Hardware in IT-Equipment, Backup und Restore von Clientsystemen, Bereitstellung Leih-PCs (Hardware-Pool), Beratung Standard- und Non-Standardsoftware, Helping Hand bei der Erstellung von Störtickets, Eskalation von Beschwerdetickets, Support Standard Windows-Anwendungen (z.B Office, ThinkCell, Adobe, usw.), Microsoft SharePoint Virtualisierung
 * PC Outgoing: Rücknahme Altgeräte, Zubehör und Monitore, Sicherung Daten/Profil CERT-konforme Datenlöschung,fachgerechte Entsorgung bzw. Wiederverwertung nach Kundenvorgabe
 * Printer-Support: Betreuung der myPrint Multifunktionsdrucker (Troubleshooting, Erstellung Störmeldungen, Koordination Technikereinsätze, Monitoring), Support myPrint-Treiberpackages
 * Kommunikationstechnik: Support TEAMS und TEAMS MEETING ROOM, Instandhaltung Medientechnik in Besprechungsräumen (Monitoring Beamer, Audiodevices, Verkabelungen), Administration Outlook Meetingroom-Kalender
 * Voice TEAMS: Telefonie SmartMobile (Smart App Access-Management, Installation, Entstörung)
 * IT-Workplace-Support: Unterstützung bei Umzügen von IT-Infrastruktur (Verkabelung, Kleintransporte innerhalb Gebäude), Überprüfung bzw. Tausch defekter LAN-Kabel Störtickets für ausgefallene WLAN-Accesspoints
