## Description

NegotiableBirmingham, EnglandPermanentWe're recruiting for a Senior Embedded Software Test Engineer to join an established engineering team working on embedded software testing for inverter and motor control, battery management systems (BMS) and charging software across demonstrator and production programmes. This is a hands-on senior role with scope to lead testing activity end-to-end, support integration/debug, and mentor junior engineers.Please note: No visa sponsorship is available for this position.What you'll be doingLeading the technical delivery of embedded software test activities to meet project timescales and cost targets (R&D + customer projects)Supporting embedded software testing across vehicle domains (powertrain, BMS, charging) through development and validation of embedded softwareContributing to the development and review of software requirements documentationCreating and owning technical test plans and associated test documentationSupporting system integration testing
