Strong personal projects also count. * Strong day-to-day experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar. * Experience with APIs and integrations and a working understanding of software development and code. * Strong problem-solving and QA skills, with the ability to build, test, troubleshoot, and improve solutions independently. * A highly proactive, autonomous approach and the ability to work through ambiguity without waiting for detailed instructions. * Strong ownership, clear communication, and the ability to move quickly while maintaining a high quality bar. * Experience with n8n, Make, internal tools, dashboards, or e-commerce and marketing platforms is a plus. * Experience in direct-response or DTC e-commerce is strongly preferred. ## Description As our Senior AI Developer, you will build and improve the AI-powered tools, automations, and agents that help our teams move faster, eliminate manual work, and scale across our brands. You'll use AI development tools as a core part of your daily workflow, turning business and marketing needs into working solutions across content, creative, data, integrations, and internal operations. This is a highly hands-on, AI-first role for someone who knows how to build with AI, connect systems, solve problems independently, and ship quickly without sacrificing quality. What matters most is what you can build with AI, how effectively you use it, and how independently you can take a problem from idea to working solution.
