## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
 * 2+ years of experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau
 * Strong understanding of data modeling, DAX, and Power Query/M
 * Solid SQL skills and knowledge of database concepts
 * Experience integrating with REST APIs and web services
 * Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing technical solutions
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical audiences
 * High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with SharePoint Online and Dataverse
 * Familiarity with Starburst or Databricks

## Description

We're seeking a skilled Software Engineer to support data-driven decision-making through a mix of Power Platform, Tableau, and Power BI development. This onsite, 12-month opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building intuitive solutions, improving workflows, and partnering with stakeholders to solve complex business problems.
Responsibilities

 * Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI
 * Develop custom solutions using Power Apps, including canvas and model-driven applications
 * Create and support automated workflows with Power Automate
 * Connect solutions to data sources such as SQL Server, SharePoint, APIs, and cloud-based systems
 * Transform and prepare data for reporting and analytics using ETL processes
 * Review existing applications, reports, and code to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements
 * Identify root causes of technical problems and apply fixes to enhance solution performance
 * Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
 * Document processes, data sources, and solution logic to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing
 * Provide responsive support to users and communicate progress clearly throughout issue resolution
