## About the Role

* 1-3 years of help desk or desktop support experience, ideally at an MSP.
 * Solid Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory/Entra fundamentals.
 * A working understanding of cybersecurity principles such as least privilege, MFA, patching, and phishing awareness, or a strong interest in building it.
 * Clear communication with non-technical users.
 * A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license .

Big pluses

 * Networking knowledge: firewalls, switching, VLANs, and wireless.
 * Exposure to virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V) or RMM tools.
