## About the Role

This is a senior engineering role for someone who can hit the ground running, take complete ownership of technical deliverables, and independently solve complex engineering problems.

The ideal consultant should be highly hands-on, technically strong, solution-oriented, and capable of working directly with client stakeholders and engineering teams with minimal supervision., 10+ years of hands-on Full Stack Engineering experience.

 * Strong experience developing enterprise-grade applications.
 * Strong hands-on experience with modern front-end technologies such as React/Angular and JavaScript/TypeScript.
 * Strong backend development experience with Java/Spring Boot,.NET/.NET Core, Node.js, or equivalent enterprise technologies.
 * Strong experience with REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
 * Strong SQL and database experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
 * Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
 * Strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, data structures, scalability, and performance.
 * Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
 * Excellent debugging and root-cause-analysis capabilities.
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
 * Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
 * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
 * Must be comfortable working onsite in New Jersey.
