And safely climb a ladder for cable management or equipment installation. * Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. * Clearances: Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. ## Description As a Traveling IT Support Specialist, you will be the boots-on-the-ground technical expert for our remote and regional offices. In this dynamic role, you will install, troubleshoot, and maintain computer hardware, software, and mobile device systems. Beyond hands-on technical repairs, you will train system users, analyze support data to identify trends, and produce accurate summary reports to keep IT projects on track. The ideal candidate is an adaptable problem-solver with a strong working knowledge of modern office technologies, excellent analytical skills, and a readiness to travel to where the team needs them most.
