## About the Role

* Erfahrung im Application Support, in der Systemintegration oder im technischen Second Level Support
 * Technisches Verständnis sowie die Fähigkeit, Fehler, Schnittstellen und Datenflüsse strukturiert zu analysieren
 * Eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, sorgfältige Dokumentation und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Support, Entwicklung und externen Partnern
 * Bereitschaft, dich in neue Systeme und Prozesse einzuarbeiten
 * Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Idealerweise Kenntnisse in WMS, ERP, EDI, Logistik, Fulfillment oder eCommerce sowie in SQL, Logfile-Analyse, APIs oder gängigen Datenformaten
 * Erfahrung mit Integrationsplattformen wie Lobster, Seeburger oder Talend sowie mit Jira oder Confluence ist von Vorteil

Unsere Systeme PVS Padis und PVS efly Connect sind teilweise Eigenentwicklungen. Produktspezifische Vorkenntnisse setzen wir deshalb nicht voraus. Entscheidend sind dein technisches Verständnis und deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.

## Description

Dafür entwickeln und betreiben wir zentrale Softwareprodukte wie unser leistungsfähiges Warehouse Management System (WMS) + ERP Lösung sowie eine Middleware-Plattform, die als Integrationshub interne und externe Systeme zuverlässig zusammenführt.

Unsere Softwareentwicklung erfolgt größtenteils In-House - agil, innovationsgetrieben und immer mit dem Ziel, die bestmöglichen Lösungen zu schaffen.

Wir kombinieren tiefes technisches Know-how mit unternehmerischem Denken und setzen neue Maßstäbe für IT-Exzellenz im Mittelstand. Teamgeist, Offenheit und Eigenverantwortung sind dabei die Basis, auf der wir arbeiten und wachsen.

Als Application Manager (m/w/d) Warehouse Management, EDI & Integration betreust du gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen unser Lagerverwaltungssystem PVS Padis, die EDI-Plattform Lobster sowie unsere selbstentwickelte Middleware PVS efly Connect. Dabei verbindest du technischen Betrieb, Second Level Support, Konfiguration und Projektarbeit., * Du betreust PVS Padis, Lobster und PVS efly Connect im laufenden Betrieb.

 * Du überwachst die Systeme und analysierst sowie behebst Störungen im Second Level Support.
 * Du setzt Konfigurationen, Change Requests und kleinere mandantenspezifische Anpassungen um.
 * Du unterstützt bei Systemeinrichtungen, Tests, Aufwandsschätzungen und weiteren Projektaufgaben.
 * Du dokumentierst Änderungen, Konfigurationen und Lösungswege nachvollziehbar.
 * Du gibst Erkenntnisse aus dem laufenden Betrieb an unsere Produktentwicklung weiter und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Systeme.
