· Anforderungsworkshops, Customizing & Spezifikationen

· Begleitung von Rollouts, Tests, Schulungen & Go-Lives

· Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams

· Weiterentwicklung von Best Practices & Noor Vision Standards
