## Description

* Eigenverantwortliche Konfiguration, Betrieb und Wartung der Server-Infrastrukturen von enaio DMS und kCRM (basierend auf der GEDYS No-Code CXM-Plattform)
 * Verantwortlich für die Erstellung von robusten Backend-Systemen und Sicherstellung eines sicheren Betriebs der Kundenanwendungen
 * Entwurf und Implementierung von Datenbankstrukturen. Verantwortlich für das Datenmanagement, die Optimierung von Datenbankabfragen und die Gewährleistung der Datenintegrität
 * Zusammenarbeit und Beauftragung von externen Dienstleistern in den Bereichen als Projektmitglied oder Teilprojektleiter/-in
 * Technischer 2nd und 3rd Level Support, Troubleshooting, Selbstständige Fehlerbehebung bei Systemausfällen, sowie Identifikation von Engpässen, um eine Langzeiteffizienz der Applikationen sicherzustellen
