Projektmanagement: Steuerung von nationalen und internationalen eCat\- und EDI-Neu\- sowie Bestandsprojekten in enger Abstimmung mit Vertrieb und IT.

 - Katalog\- und Prozessmanagement: Durchführung von Katalogwechseln inklusive Task-Steuerung, Daten-Uploads sowie Integration von Sonderartikeln.
 - Fachsupport & Customer Care & Clearing: Kompetente Betreuung von Kunden bei eBusiness-Projekten sowie First\- & Second-Level-Support für elektronische Kataloge, EDI-Anbindungen, Routing-Fragen und Preisabweichungen. Clearing von Abweichungen im elektronischen Belegaustausch.
 - Prozess\- und Systembetreuung: Fachliche Handhabung von Standards wie EDIFACT, cXML, PunchOut, OCI und CIF usw. sowie Arbeit mit Plattformen wie beispielsweise Ariba, Unite oder Onventis.
