## About the Role

* 4+ years of experience in help desk, service desk, desktop support, technical support, or related IT roles
 * Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across multiple technologies and systems
 * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and enterprise business applications
 * Knowledge of incident, request, problem, change, and knowledge management practices
 * Ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend practical solutions
 * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to effectively support both technical and non-technical users
 * Demonstrated commitment to customer service, accountability, and continuous improvement
 * Experience with automation, workflow optimization, or process improvement initiatives is a plus

Education

 * High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
 * Continued technical training and professional development encouraged, * Help desk analysis: 4 years (Preferred)

## Description

This is a full-time, onsite, temp-to-hire opportunity offering the potential for long-term employment based on performance and business needs.

In this role, you will serve as an escalation resource for complex technical issues, provide advanced end-user support, and help drive continuous improvement across service desk operations. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting experience, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to support a wide range of enterprise technologies.

What You'll Do

 * Provide timely, professional support for technical incidents, service requests, and end-user issues
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and application problems
 * Serve as an escalation resource for advanced technical issues and support team members
 * Analyze recurring issues and contribute to root cause investigations and long-term solutions
 * Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and support procedures
 * Support system upgrades, technology rollouts, and change management activities
 * Collaborate with IT teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and service delivery
 * Provide advanced technical support to executives and key business stakeholders
 * Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced user experiences
 * Participate in an on-call support rotation as needed
