Systems Integration * Implement and maintain integrations with external CRMs, such as Bullhorn, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics, as well as other client systems. Front-End Engineering * Develop secure TypeScript-based UI functionality, including delegated event handling and DOM manipulation. * Apply modern HTML and CSS practices to create reliable and maintainable interfaces. Database Design * Work with SQL schemas and stored procedures. * Implement safe and reliable code for reading and writing data. Operational Reliability * Diagnose issues across distributed systems and APIs. * Troubleshoot document generation and multi-system data workflows. * Improve software stability, traceability, and reliability. Code Quality * Write clear, maintainable code with predictable behaviour. * Make well-reasoned architectural and technical decisions. Collaboration * Work closely with the team and customers to understand compliance requirements and translate them into practical software solutions.
