This company provides and supports IT systems for clients across the UK, taking pride in their high level of technical expertise and professional approach., * Act as the first point of contact for clients, via telephone and email.

 * Log and track support issues via the company's ticket system.
 * Keep accurate records and documentation.
 * Collaborate with other team members.
 * Receive comprehensive in-house training including a 3-day induction at company offices.
