 * Experience providing Tier 2/3 network administration and troubleshooting

 * Experience with IPv6, EIGRP, BGP, VLANs, VPNs, and NAT
 * Experience with IP, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise network protocols
 * Experience supporting network upgrades, installations, and infrastructure integration
 * Strong network troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * CompTIA Security+ or equivalent IAT Level II certification
 * CCNA certification required
 * Microsoft certification preferred; waiver may be considered
 * CCNP, CCDP, MTA, MCSA, or MCTS certification preferred
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to work independently while collaborating with technical and cybersecurity teams

## Description

* Provide Tier 2/3 support for enterprise network infrastructure
 * Install, configure, integrate, and troubleshoot IT and networking systems
 * Troubleshoot and optimize Cisco routers, switches, and related network equipment
 * Support enterprise routing and switching infrastructure
 * Perform advanced troubleshooting of IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
 * Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, VPNs, NAT, and related networking technologies
 * Support network upgrades, new installations, and infrastructure modernization
 * Perform Tier 3 troubleshooting, optimization, and performance management
 * Support IPv6, EIGRP, BGP, VLAN, VPN, and NAT environments
 * Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to ensure secure network operations
 * Integrate enterprise, regional, and local IT systems while maintaining network availability
 * Diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity and performance issues
 * Support network recovery efforts following outages or service disruptions
 * Document network configurations, troubleshooting procedures, system changes, and technical solutions
 * Collaborate with network engineers, system administrators, cybersecurity teams, and other technical stakeholders
 * Provide technical guidance and support to junior IT and network personnel
