This includes overseeing their implementations to ensure technology investments are meeting the business requirements. The Client Experience team partners with multiple business teams and their peer DT teams to produce detailed engineering designs and implementation. Accountable for end-to-end ownership of multiple IT service domains, including service design, delivery, lifecycle management, and performance outcomes. Manage the associated budget and ensure optimal investment alignment with company priorities. Serves as a key interface between technology and business leadership, driving scalable, secure, and customer-focused digital solutions while maintaining accountability for operational excellence and service performance., * Oversee the design, development, and implementation of client hardware-based solutions to meet the business requirements.
