## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level storage environments and technologies, such as SAN and/or NAS platforms
 * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
 * Experience with replication, snapshots, storage performance tuning, RAID configuration, storage provisioning, LUN/volume management
 * Experience supporting Linux and/or Windows servers with attached storage
 * Working knowledge of enterprise backup and recovery technologies and concepts
 * Ability to proactively monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot performance concerns, and implement corrective actions across storage and server platforms
 * Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government TS/SCI Clearance

## Description

* Manage enterprise data storage infrastructure to ensure system reliability, scalability, and optimal performance
 * Partner with infrastructure and security teams to support data protection initiatives and storage architecture improvements
 * Investigate and resolve infrastructure issues impacting storage availability, recovery operations, or application performance
 * Support lifecycle management activities, including platform enhancements, capacity planning, upgrades, and maintenance efforts
 * Identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation and proactive monitoring practices
