Reporting to the Head of Central AX, you will lead a team of AI Platform Engineers, Solution Architects, and Agent Developers while driving enterprise-wide adoption of scalable, secure, and governed AI capabilities. You will be accountable for the performance, delivery, and continuous evolution of the Enterprise AI platform, balancing technology strategy, operational excellence, and business priorities. Working closely with executive leadership, Digital, Cybersecurity, Data, and Business teams, you will ensure AI solutions are delivered consistently, securely, and at enterprise scale. Your Team You will manage a growing team of AI Platform Engineers, Solution Architects, and Agent Developers (4+ direct reports), responsible for delivering HARMAN's enterprise AI platform capabilities. You will establish team priorities, develop technical talent, allocate resources across strategic initiatives, and ensure consistent delivery of enterprise AI services. In addition to your direct organization, you will provide technical and operational leadership across global engineering teams adopting the enterprise AI platform.
