Business Expertise * Collaborative and proactive approach to ways of working within cross-functional teams. * Knowledge of BOM structure/change control, engineering and manufacturing business processes. Leadership * Ability to provide one-to-one training and group training sessions. * Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver to completion within agreed timescales. Problem Solving * Ability to troubleshoot with a logical, analytical approach to problem solving., * Demonstrate experience and proficiency communicating at all levels. * Proficiency in stakeholder management. * Able to provide practical support and guidance to help others, enabling them to succeed within their roles., * Provide logical, data-driven justification to obtain buy-in from cross-functional team and stakeholders. * Co-operate and collaborate when delivering work to meet agreed plans. * Develop trusted relationships which support delivery of business objectives. * Experience working with Teamcenter or similar PLM / configuration system., Degree in engineering related subject. ## Description Long term accountability for the configuration management of all designs (product, test rig, and software) at client requirements. Administer, maintain and develop change management processes as appropriate. Provide administration and additional PLM implementation support to the business, including training and mentoring. Reporting directly to the Engineering resource manager for function and delivery as the PLM SME.
