## About the Role

We've always placed more importance on cultural alignment above technical ability but in this role we'd ideally like you to have either experience with or an interest in:

 * A solid foundation of Java knowledge or another object oriented programming language
 * Building backend applications as part of a cross-functional team
 * Appreciate clean code, good software design and best practises in software engineering AWS or similar cloud based services

 * Docker
 * GraphQL
 * Version Control (such as Git)
 * Unit testing
 * Agile methodologies

About you

You will enjoy working as part of a multi-functional team, while taking ownership of the work you do to deliver the best solutions.

## Description

Working collaboratively alongside other developers and analysts using agile software development methodologies you'll get involved with:
Building back-end Java applications for an industry leading wrap platform

 * AWS: Serverless, SQS, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, CDK
 * Data integration with 3rd party providers
 * Continuous Integration
 * Assessing the impact and benefits of introducing new technologies, APIs and methodologies
 * Take responsibility in everything you do to deliver good outcomes for our customers
 * Positively demonstrate the Nucleus values and behaviours
 * Ensure compliance with Code of Conduct at all times
