You will work collaboratively with Identity & Workplace Technology, Cyber Security, Architecture, Service Operations and supplier partners, providing technical direction and ensuring infrastructure services remain secure, resilient and aligned to agreed technology standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by shaping the future of Post Office's workplace technology estate, driving platform modernisation, improving operational resilience and influencing strategic technology decisions. As a senior technical authority, you will provide expertise across server platforms, enterprise application hosting, backup and recovery, vulnerability management, platform monitoring, performance optimisation and infrastructure lifecycle management. You will act as a trusted subject matter expert, helping to ensure critical technology services remain robust, secure and fit for the future.
