We are looking for a senior Oracle Fusion HCM HelpDesk Consultant with 15+ years of overall experience and strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM / HR Help Desk., * Oracle Fusion HCM Help Desk

 * Service Requests, Queues, Routing & Assignment Rules
 * SLA, Notifications and Case Management
 * HCM Security, Roles and Access
 * Requirements Gathering, Configuration and Production Support
 * SIT/UAT, Defect Resolution and Deployment Support
 * Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills
 * Experience with Core HR and other HCM modules is preferred
 * OIC, OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts and APIs are a plus
