## About the Role

* 4+ years of experience building and shipping production systems
 * Strong backend fundamentals, Python preferred for backend focused engineers (NodeJS is fine too)
 * Full stack experience across modern web frameworks (React and Typescript preferred)
 * Experience with distributed systems, async processing, or event driven architectures
 * Interest or experience in building AI native or LLM powered products
 * Strong product instincts and attention to detail
 * High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast moving environments

## Description

We're hiring software engineers to help design, build, and scale the core systems powering this platform. This is a highly cross functional role where you'll work across product, infrastructure, and AI driven systems to solve complex, real world problems.

What You'll Work On

 * Building agentic systems that automate complex, multi step workflows end to end
 * Designing scalable backend systems, APIs, and event driven architectures
 * Developing AI powered features using LLMs in production environments
 * Improving system performance, reliability, and data models as the product scales
 * Building clean, intuitive user facing and internal tools
 * Designing integrations with external platforms and services
 * Evolving system architecture to support rapid growth and increasing complexity
