## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare IT/project management experience and a proven history of leading EHR/EMR implementations, particularly projects involving the transition from paper-based charting to electronic records., * Active PMI PMP certification held for at least 5 years

 * Copy of valid PMP certification must be provided with submission
 * 7-9+ years of Project Management experience
 * Strong EHR/EMR implementation experience
 * Healthcare IT / Health Informatics experience
 * Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, stakeholders, and vendors
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

 * Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
 * Large-scale healthcare or government IT implementation experience
 * Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, RAID logs, testing, training, and go-live activities
