* B.S in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. OR
 * High School Diploma with Minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience working in an enterprise infrastructure environment in addition to the time required in the Minimum Qualifications., * 1) 4 years or more experience with end-to-end management (deploying, configuring, administering, updating, securing, and troubleshooting) of the following technologies:
 + a) Microsoft Server Platforms
o i) Windows Server 2019 / 2022 OS
o ii) Windows SQL Server

 + b) Microsoft Software Services
o i) Windows Desktop OS
o ii) Microsoft 365
o iii) Defender

 + c) Microsoft Management Services
o i) Active Directory
o ii) Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager(SCCM)
o iii) Microsoft Intune
o iv) PowerShell

 + d) Microsoft Azure Cloud Services
o i) Azure AD
o ii) Azure CLI
o iii) Azure Governance

 + e) Dell physical Servers, SAN / NAS storage arrays, and ancillary components
o i) PowerEdge MX740C R660 and R760
o ii) Compellent SC200
o iii) StreamVault SVS-7020E and SV-7040EX
o iv) vxRail E5

 + f) VMware Virtualization and Management Platforms
o i) ESXi
o ii) vCenter
o iii) vSphere

 * 2) 3 or more years of experience with end-to-end management (deploying, configuring, administering, updating, securing, and troubleshooting) of the following technologies:
 + a) Pure Storage arrays
o i) FlashArray // X20R3 and C50R4
o ii) Pure1 management
o iii) ActiveCluster

 + b) Veeam Enterprise Backup and Recovery Services
 + c) File and Print Services
 + d) Data Center Installation (Rack & Stack)
 * 3) 2 or more years creating solution designs that integrate server, storage, backup, management, and security (virtual and physical) into existing enterprise environments.
 * 4) Ability to regularly lift 30 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

 * VMWare vSAN.
 * Wasabi Cloud.
 * Azure Co-Pilot AI.
 * Certificate Authorities.
 * Disaster Recovery Services - testing, planning, and documenting.
 * Working knowledge or experience with the following technologies:
 + Recast
 + ManageEngine
 + ServiceNow
 + SolarWinds
 + Adobe

## Description

* Implement and support projects as required to meet TS goals and objectives.
 * Implement, manage, maintain, and support the System Architecture solutions.
 * Provide 24x7x365 support resolution for enterprise hardware and software as needed.
 * Create and maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation.
 * Provide reports and metrics for performance analysis and growth planning.
 * Establish a Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule and execute planned activities.
 * Provide technical and operational guidance to staff and contractors as needed.
 * Work onsite every day (M-F).
 * Perform related duties as directed.
