Experience We're Especially Interested In Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable: * Shopify * CommerceHub * Amazon Vendor Central / Amazon Seller Central * Amazon FBA * Walmart Marketplace / Retail Link * SPS Commerce * Corporate or customer-specific web stores * Retailer/vendor portals * ERP or Order Management Systems (OMS) * ShipStation * Zendesk or similar customer-support platforms * UPS WorldShip / FedEx shipping systems * Excel reporting, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Experience supporting retail/.com accounts, corporate web stores, promotional products, apparel, printing, manufacturing, distribution, or custom products is a plus. ## Description We are looking for a B2B E-Commerce Account Coordinator with hands-on experience supporting business customers and managing e-commerce product orders from order entry through fulfillment and delivery. Please Note: This Position Requires BOTH: * Professional experience working with e-commerce orders, online stores, marketplace/retailer portals, or e-commerce order-management systems, AND * Professional experience providing direct customer service or account support to B2B or corporate customers. This is not a general call-center, retail customer service, or data-entry position. What You'll Do * Manage B2B e-commerce and customer orders from order entry through fulfillment and delivery. * Serve as a point of contact for assigned customers/accounts regarding orders, changes, deadlines, delays, and delivery. * Monitor open orders, inventory, production schedules, shipping dates, and customer deadlines. * Proactively follow up on orders to identify potential problems before they affect the customer. * Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, Shipping, and other internal teams. * Process order changes, revisions, cancellations, and customer requests. * Investigate and resolve inventory, order, fulfillment, and shipping discrepancies. * Track shipments and resolve delivery issues. * Maintain accurate customer, order, and product information. * Work with e-commerce platforms, customer portals, web stores, ERP/OMS systems, and shipping platforms. * Manage multiple customer accounts, open orders, and competing deadlines simultaneously. * Prepare and maintain customer and order reports using Excel., * This position requires professional e-commerce experience. Which e-commerce platforms, online stores, marketplaces, retailer/vendor portals, or e-commerce order-management systems have you used? Please briefly explain what you personally did in those systems. * This position also requires B2B customer service/account experience. Please describe the business or corporate customers you personally supported and your responsibilities for communicating with them regarding orders, changes, problems, deadlines, or delivery. * How comfortable are you using Microsoft Excel for order tracking and reporting?
