## About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Java Lead with strong architectural expertise and hands-on development experience. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications while actively contributing to coding, code reviews, and technical problem-solving., * 10+ years of experience in full stack development with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud technologies.

 * Experience leading technical teams and driving architecture/design decisions.
 * Hands-on coding experience across backend and frontend technologies (React).
 * Strong understanding of system design, scalability, performance optimization, and best engineering practices.
 * Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
 * Ability to mentor developers, perform code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
