## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience with HRIS, workforce management, or scheduling systems.
 * Experience with time & attendance and workforce Scheduling applications.
 * System configuration and production support experience.
 * Knowledge of HR, payroll, and scheduling system integrations.
 * Requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
 * QA/UAT testing and documentation experience.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

 * Shiftboard, Infor APS, UKG/Kronos, or similar scheduling platforms.
 * Manufacturing or plant scheduling experience.
 * Reporting and analytics experience.
 * HRIS or payroll systems background.
 * Experience supporting global HR systems.
 * Continuous improvement/process optimization experience.

## Description

We are seeking an HR Systems Analyst to support workforce scheduling, time & attendance, and related HR technology platforms. This role will focus on system configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, testing, and ongoing production support while partnering with business stakeholders to improve processes and system performance.
