## About the Role

* 5 + additional years of experience as an Oracle EBS administrator with experience in the following modules: including financial, manufacturing, inventory, and human resources.

 * Practical experience administering a production EBS 12.2 environment including installation, configuring, patching, cloning, monitoring, tuning and working with Oracle Support to resolve problems

 * Experience upgrading and applying Release Update Packs (RUPs) within the Oracle EBS 12.2 code line (currently Release 12.2.15) preferred

 * Experience with Oracle Middleware including WebLogic, Agile, Hyperion, Business Intelligence (OBIEE), and Demantra

 * Proficiency in understanding the concurrent manager, Oracle utilities, and database functionality (packages, triggers, procedures, functions, etc)

 * Experience with Unix commands and shell scripting (preferably Linux), along with strong Python scripting skills for automation and tooling

 * Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize Claude Code and similar AI coding assistants/agentic tools for development work and issue resolution

 * Efficiency with AI agent development and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, or strong aptitude to quickly build proficiency

 * Experience administering Oracle Applications/EBS in Amazon Web Services (AWS), including running the EBS database on Amazon RDS

 * Excellent communication (written/oral) skills

 * Strong interpersonal/business skills, judgment, and decision making skills
