## Description

* Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end technology blueprints for department specific projects, ensuring compatibility with our existing cloud and software architecture.
 * Technology Evaluation: Conduct market research, attend vendor demonstrations, and run Cost-Benefit Analyses (CBA) for new software platforms and SaaS tools.
 * Integration Management: Map data workflows and configure APIs or identity providers (SSO) to ensure diverse software platforms interconnect securely.
 * MSP Technical Direction: Author clear technical specifications and scope-of-work documentation for our outsourced IT vendor, overseeing their engineering teams during deployment.
 * Change Management: Partner with internal teams to create training materials, ensuring employees smoothly adopt new software and tools.
