## About the Role

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
 * 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
 * Experience working with coatings, adhesives, epoxies, or other polymeric materials is a plus
 * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
 * Comfortable working with chemicals and manufacturing equipment
 * Ability to read and follow drawings, specifications, and work instructions
 * Basic Microsoft Office skills
 * Good communication and teamwork skills
 * Ability to work independently and take initiative
 * Reliable attendance and strong commitment to quality

## Description

* Perform staking, bonding, potting, and masking
 * Mix, handle, and properly store epoxies, compounds, and solvents
 * Operate mixing, dispensing, measuring, cleaning, and coating equipment
 * Use curing ovens, exhaust hoods, ultrasonic cleaners, spray guns, and mixing equipment
 * Follow product drawings, work instructions, customer specifications, and quality standards
 * Collect and record process data
 * Inspect work and identify or escalate quality issues
 * Maintain a clean and organized work area
 * Maintain proper use and care of tools and equipment
 * Follow ESD, safety, hazardous material, and material control procedures
 * Assist with building and assembling electronic products as needed
 * Support continuous improvement efforts to improve quality and efficiency
