This role will focus on delivering results across a mix of Internal Research and Development (IRAD) and Contract Research and Development (CRAD) initiatives. The candidate will help develop the portfolio strategic objectives, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business development, finance, and supply chain, to drive program success in alignment with these objectives. This role is also responsible for managing infrastructure for AT, including room consolidation, network consolidation, security infrastructure, etc. This position is onsite based in Tucson, Arizona., * Oversee the execution and delivery of a diverse portfolio of IRAD and CRAD programs, ensuring adherence to technical, cost, and schedule requirements. \n * Serve as the primary point of contact for program execution, interfacing with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners. \n * Strategic planning for portfolio growth and resource optimization.
