## About the Role

* 7+ years of IT support experience, including 3-5+ years providing executive/VIP support in a mid-to-large organization preferred, but open to 3-5 years of direct executive/VIP support experience and service orientation.
\n

 * Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS/Android, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Intune.
\n

 * Experience supporting conference room technologies, AV systems, Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and executive presentations.
\n

 * Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, VPN), hardware, peripherals, and endpoint device management.
\n

 * Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint protection, encryption, phishing prevention, and secure collaboration.
\n

 * Microsoft, ITIL, or other relevant technical certifications are preferred.
\n, * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n

 * Professional, patient, discreet and comfortable working directly with senior executives
\n

 * Strong general Windows, mobile device, Outlook/Microsoft 365 and end-user troubleshooting experience, * Strong problem-solving skills and, most importantly, ownership - if they don't know the answer, they stay with the issue and bring in the right resources until it is resolved
