* Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Gewinnung von Neukunden und dem Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
 * Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Geschäftsprozessen im Bereich ERP
 * Fachliche Beratung zu Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
 * Konzeption und Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen, Workshops und Live-Demos
 * Erstellung von Lösungskonzepten, Präsentationen und Angebotsunterlagen
 * Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen und Angebotsprozessen
 * Entwicklung von Business Cases und Mehrwertargumentationen für Kunden
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Beratung und Projektteams
 * Teilnahme an Messen, Events und Kundenveranstaltungen
