 * Experience with system configuration, workflows, and integrations

 * Experience with workflow automation and process improvement
\n

## Description

The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of HR systems, primarily UKG and related platforms. This role serves as the subject matter expert for HR technology, driving data integrity, system efficiency, reporting capabilities, and workflow automation. The Analyst partners cross-functionally with HR, IT, Security and business leaders to enhance HR processes, enable data-driven decision-making, and support workforce planning initiatives.
