Desirable * Experience working within Digital Accessibility, Inclusive Design or Accessibility Compliance programmes. * Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. * Experience working within large-scale, global technology environments. ## Description A global technology organisation is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to support a specialist Digital Accessibility team. This is an initial 3-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate multiple concurrent accessibility projects across web, mobile and software platforms, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility requirements are embedded throughout the development lifecycle., * Manage multiple accessibility-focused projects simultaneously across web, mobile and software development environments. * Drive project delivery from initiation through to implementation. * Partner with engineering, design, product and business stakeholders to ensure accessibility requirements are incorporated into solutions. * Coordinate activities across international teams and stakeholders. * Track project risks, dependencies, timelines and deliverables. * Influence project teams to adopt accessibility best practices before release. * Communicate project status, priorities and recommendations to key stakeholders. * Support a culture of accessibility excellence and continuous improvement., We believe in caring for our candidates and working closely with our clients, so we will only pair you with opportunities for which we believe that you are truly the right fit.
