## About the Role

* Proven experience managing IT within a multi-site organisation.
 * Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, networking and cybersecurity.
 * Experience managing IT projects, suppliers and budgets.
 * Commercially focused with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
 * Automotive/commercial vehicle dealership experience desirable.
 * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between Group locations.

## Description

This role is responsible for the management and development of IT Systems, infrastructure and support across the groups UK dealerships. Whilst this is a field based role, the successful candidate will be based at our head office in Hatfield., * Lead and manage the IT function across multiple sites.

 * Develop and implement the Group IT strategy, budget and technology roadmap.
 * Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, Microsoft 365, hardware, software and telecommunications.
 * Manage cybersecurity, data protection, backups and disaster recovery.
 * Support and manage dealership, manufacturer, DMS, CRM and business-critical systems.
 * Manage IT suppliers, contracts, licences and external service providers.
 * Lead IT projects, system upgrades, integrations and new-site/acquisition implementations.
 * Provide effective IT support to all dealerships employees.
