## About the Role

* Proven track record as a ServiceNow Architect or similar senior technical role, with extensive hands-on experience in designing ServiceNow solutions.
 * Strong understanding of Telecoms modules including TSM TSOM within ServiceNow.
 * Experience with integrations, Scripting, and custom application development on the ServiceNow platform.
 * In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture and related technologies.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Demonstrable experience leading technical projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Desirable Skills & Experience

 * Certification in ServiceNow System Administration or Certified Application Developer.
 * Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation tools.
 * Previous experience working within Agile environments.
 * Understanding of enterprise architecture principles.
