## About the Role

* Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or equivalent Agile Project Manager role
 * Solid understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar) and the ability to facilitate agile ceremonies effectively
 * Experience coaching teams on agile practices and removing delivery blockers
 * Familiarity with user story creation, backlog refinement and working in cross-functional product delivery environments
 * Ability to work collaboratively with development teams, product owners, stakeholders and leadership
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
 * Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and coach at multiple levels

Experience in technical environments (software development, infrastructure, cloud, data or similar) would be valuable, as would familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or similar agile delivery platforms.

## Description

Roles of this type may sit within fast-moving technical environments where you could work closely with cross-functional development teams, product owners and stakeholders. You could be expected to facilitate agile ceremonies, help teams remove delivery blockers, and coach teams on agile practices and continuous improvement. The work could span multiple workstreams, with scope to influence how teams collaborate and deliver., * Facilitating agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) and ensuring the team stays aligned and productive

 * Removing blockers and obstacles that prevent the team from delivering, escalating where necessary
 * Coaching teams on agile practices, mindsets and continuous improvement
 * Supporting backlog refinement, user story creation and stakeholder collaboration within agile workflows
 * Tracking and improving delivery performance, identifying areas for process enhancement
 * Supporting multi-workstream coordination and reporting on team progress and risks
 * Contributing to agile adoption initiatives and helping teams transition to agile ways of working
